I'm a product designer based in New York and the Bay Area, passionate about crafting thoughtful, impactful experiences that inspire joy and connection.
A little bit about me... I'm a chai lover ☕️, a budding </coder> , a mediocre crocheter 🧶, a dedicated true crime enthusiast, and a foodie 🍣.
Why Design?
Growing up in Silicon Valley, just minutes from Apple’s headquarters, I was immersed in a world where innovation was second nature. But while the culture around me leaned heavily on STEM, I was drawn to the more creative, tactile part of myself. Spending hours sketching in my Moleskine, I found myself fascinated by the emotional power of visual storytelling. It was through these moments that I realized that verbal communication and logical approaches weren’t the only ways to solve problems. There’s a human touch—a layer of creativity and empathy—that can bridge gaps in ways logic alone cannot.
That spark and realization eventually led me to Pratt Institute, where I pursued a bachelor’s in Industrial Design with double minors in Psychology and UX/UI. For the first time, I was part of a conversation where everyone spoke the same creative language as me. It was inspiring.
During the pandemic, I took a gap year and found myself gravitating to the world of product design—a perfect blend of my interests. I was delighted by how tangible products inform digital experiences. The Kindle’s interface mimicking the feel of a paperback book. Tools like Notion embracing the concept of building blocks, inspired by the playful simplicity of Legos, to enable creativity and customization. These connections between physical and digital design felt like an endless puzzle I wanted to explore.
Now, I’m driven by a desire to design, build, and bring ideas to life—crafting thoughtful, human-centered experiences that create impact, spark joy, and make people feel understood in ways big and small.
